Help Put Libertarians on Arizona’s 2024 Ballot!

Dear Fellow Libertarian,

Are you eager to see more Libertarian Candidates on the ballot in Arizona next year?

I know I am.

The paucity of candidates we have run in Arizona has been a source of considerable frustration and disappointment. After all, what is the purpose of the Libertarian Party if not to actively participate in our electoral politics?

We’re determined to change this.

From now until October 1st, 2023, the Maricopa County Libertarian Party will intensify our outreach efforts, inspiring and encouraging our capable, interested voters to step forward and run for local office under the banner of Libertarian values.

By following our Candidate Timeline, we will have six solid months for meaningful door-to-door canvassing to gather the necessary nomination signatures. These signatures, due in early April 2024, are crucial for our candidates’ names to appear on the ballot in the fall. This year, we’re starting earlier than ever before to ensure we have the time needed.

Historically, gathering signatures has been a significant hurdle preventing our candidates from getting on the ballot. But it’s time we put away excuses. The truth is, our party has not always provided the necessary infrastructure support to instill confidence in potential candidates to run under our banner.

Now, the Maricopa LP is ready to change that, but we need YOUR help to make it happen.

Our goal is to raise $5,000 over the next month. These funds will equip us with the resources needed to effectively support our candidates to success. This investment will guarantee that Arizonans have the opportunity to vote for local Libertarian candidates in their communities.

We are already 10% towards our goal, and we need just 45 Libertarians to donate $100 each for us to hit our mark.

Your generous contribution will fund robust peer-to-peer texting tools, direct mail campaigns, online advertising, and website support for our candidates over the coming months.

Your gift is not just a donation; it’s a seed that will sprout a fresh crop of Libertarian Leaders ready to spread our message to the voters of Arizona. The importance of this step for the future of the Libertarian Party and the broader liberty movement cannot be overstated.

Please, stand with us as we strive to increase the presence of Libertarian values in our local government.

In Liberty,

Brandon Slayton

Chairman, Maricopa LP
